A NOTE FROM COUNCILOR ARCHIE

Hello friends, my name is Anthony Archie, and I am your new Tulsa City Councilor. Thanks for subscribing to the District 2 Monthly Newsletter. In these newsletters, I intend to provide useful info and updates about what’s happening on our side of Tulsa. 

 

First off, an introduction. My wife, Chelsea, and I have been married for 13 years and live in the West Highlands Neighborhood with our three children. After completing seminary at Oral Roberts University, I served as a minister at Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian and taught 4th grade at Robertson Elementary. We also own an award-winning candy company in Tulsa called Oklahoma Toffee.

 

I’m grateful for the work of our former Councilor Jeannie Cue and her continued support. We will build on her rich legacy of serving residents like you and your families.

 

I am passionate about bringing a new energy to our district, upgrading infrastructure, creating safer neighborhoods, reducing homelessness and improving educational outcomes in our schools. Your quality of life is my top priority.

GOLF COURSE IMPROVEMENTS AND NEW MANAGEMENT

The City of Tulsa has completed renovations to Page Belcher Golf Course.

 

Using $1 Million from American Rescue Plan dollars and a private match over 40 bunkers have been renovated. Tulsa Parks also welcomes former Southern Hills COO Nick Sidorakis & Randy Heckenkemper as the new managers of the course. Their expertise will make our Page Belcher a golfing destination for the region.

The mission of the Customer Care Center is to provide citizens with access to city services and information with the highest possible levels of customer service and satisfaction.
