Memorial Day Weekend Events in Tulsa

Route 66 Main Street association, announced a series of events this
Memorial Day weekend aimed at highlighting Tulsa as America's most
It kicks off with the Crystal City Carnival, May 21 - 24, at the
Crystal City Shopping Center - 4200 Southwest Blvd. Ride wristbands
are $25. Hours are as follows:
Thursday, May 21, 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Friday, May 22, 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Saturday, May 23, 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 24, 1:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m.
On Saturday, May 23, the Route 66 Patriot Cruise rolls through
Tulsa's corridor of the historic mother road. The cruise begins
with vehicles lining up at the new East Gateway Route 66 sign,
located on the north side of E. 11th St. and east of
Interstate 44. The cruise will end at the Crystal City
Shopping Center. Registration starts at 7:30 a.m. with the
cruise beginning at 9:00 a.m. This is a free event.
The Route 66 Patriot Car and Motorcycle show runs from 8:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 23, on Tulsa's west side between S. Union
Pl. and W. 39th St. on Southwest Blvd. Registration for the car
show is $20. Cost for judging is $5.
Also on Saturday, May 23, will be the Tulsa's Most Patriotic Pet
Costume Contest at the Route 66 Village - 3700 Southwest
Blvd. Registration starts at 9:00 a.m. with judging beginning
at 11:00 a.m. There is a $5 donation to enter.
